He has extensive experience in Corporate and tax Law, Labor law and human resources issues, among others. He has advised medium-sized and multinational companies in various sectors (industrial sector, retail, telecom, pharma, beverages & food, infrastructure, etc.), and has intervened in highly relevant transactions in Central and South America during his more than 15 years of professional practice.
He has participated in M&A, as well as in a variety of contracts with interlocutors in Europe and Latin America, drafting employee regulations and compensation and benefits policies, associated with international mobility of people.
He has managed teams, with a high results-oriented focus, applying principles of talent development; and has a solid ability to maintain an assertive communication with upper executives.
